Oleksandr was born in 1978 in Prydniprovske village, Nikopol district, Dnipropetrovsk region. In 2004, he graduated from the Law Faculty of Kharkiv National Pedagogical University named after Hryhorii Skovoroda with a degree in Law. From 2008 to the present, Oleksandr has been working at SNP-Ukraine LLC as a legal advisor, an information security specialist and the director. In 2020, he received a master's degree in cybersecurity and graduated from the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics Since 2021, Oleksandr has been the Head of the Religious Community of Traditional Judaism "Emet" in Dnipro, which is a partner of Masorti organization.
