Born in Novotroitske, Novotroitsk district, Kherson region. In 2009, he graduated from the Odesa National Law Academy with a degree in Law.

He started his career in 2008 as a laboratory assistant at the Department of History of State and Law of the Odesa National Law Academy. He worked as a chief specialist legal adviser of the Novotroitsk District Employment Center, a leading state labor inspector of the Department for Control over Compliance with Legislation of the Territorial State Labor Inspectorate in Kherson Region, Head of the Legal Department of LLC "KO Nikos", Chief Specialist of the Investment Activity Department of the State Budgetary Institution "Kherson Regional Center for Investment and Development", and a border control inspector of the Chonhar Border Guard Inspectors Department; the head of the military-civilian administration of Zolote and Katerynivka village, Popasna district, Luhansk region.

In 2011-2012 and 2015-2018 he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

He is a recipient of the Presidential Award "For Participation in the Anti-Terrorist Operation" and the medal "Award of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine", II degree.

The Head of the Hirske Town Administration of Sievierodonetsk District, Luhansk Region, since 2021.
